Refunds and Cancellations

Any refund on services or listings you order through the company will be governed by the Refund Policy stated below. Further, some services may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy.

NOTICE

The website yamunashopsyojna.com is use only to collect initial booking or registration amount. We are not liable for the other payment paid by the customer.

In most sitution the refund will be refunded (if applicable) to the same source but if user wanted the refund through any other medium he/she need to write an email along with the purposed payment method. In that case time frame may be increased.

REFUND CONDITION

• The registration/initial booking amount is refundable for the candidates who will be unsuccessful in the draw and will be refunded in 21 days.
• Registration/initial booking amount is non-refundable for the candidates who will be sucessful in the draw.
• If any applicant wishes to cancel his registration before the allotment date, he/she needs to written application to our concerned department and in that case 25% amount of total amount paid will be deducted and balance amount will be refunded within 21 days.
• If an order could not be completed by customer service for reasons other than Customer's request for cancellation then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons contributing to such a situation could include insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not pertaining to the company's scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond the control of the company.
• Time to refund to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 21 working days. However time lines for actual refund to take place and for the credit to reach your account would depend on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable). Actual refunded amount maybe less then the paid amount as the cost involved in bringing the leads.

Company will have full control to cancel any registration on unacceptable circumstances of fair deal or unlawful attempt, In that case the registration amount will be refunded after the deduction of 35% of the paid amount and the balance amount will be refunded within 21 days.
